Abu Dhabi Development Code
As a subconsultant under Urban Green to OTAK, Mr. Mosquera was responsible for creating sustainability criteria for Framework Development Regulations (FDR) for Abu Dhabi.
FDR for Abu Dhabi is a comprehensive report that details at level of zoning code regulations that are developed based on the vision established in Estidama, the sustainability rating system. It sets a standard and provides detailed guidance for the planning and design practice of city of Abu Dhabi to align with the vision set forth in the Estidama.
ESTIDAMA Pearl Rating System
As a sub consultant of Urban Green of San Francisco, Mr. Mosquera developed specific credits as part of the Pearls Rating Method for New Communities—ESTIDAMA
ESTIDAMA Pearl Rating System is a rating system of measurement of sustainability in the planning and building design practice, an equivalent to LEED in the US. It is developed based on characteristics of local climate, culture and available resources, and is intended to provide clear guidance for the planning and design of communities in Abu Dhabi.
